Black Handled Carving Set

Handmade in the United Kingdom, David Mellor’s black-handled knives have a distinctive, modern look. Ice hardening the high carbon stainless steel makes the blades exceptionally sharp, akin to professional kitchen knives. The blades are then micro-serrated for effortless cutting and their acetal resin handles incorporate an internal back weight, giving an excellent balance and grip. 

It comes in a specially designed wooden box with a sliding lid, perfect as a gift and the handmade box can provide permanent safe storage.
